Admin Assistant [Malaysia]


 

  • Assist sales operation by coordinating and managing administrative works between sales, internal department and customers.
  • Assist with regional to obtain info from local-team, such as financial data, obtaining necessary approvals to ensure contract meets guidelines, maintain accurate customer master data
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders accordingly.
  • Provide support with both domestic and international travel booking.
  • Organize and maintain the office system (e.g. filing, order supplies, upkeep of equipment).
  • Organize, plan and prepare for district meetings.
  • Provide back-up support to other members of the administrative team in the region.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Branch Office (Penang), i.e. licensing, and bill payments and etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in any field
  • 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • A team player who is resourceful, organized and meticulous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Expected Start Date: 05/20/2023
