- Assist sales operation by coordinating and managing administrative works between sales, internal department and customers.
- Assist with regional to obtain info from local-team, such as financial data, obtaining necessary approvals to ensure contract meets guidelines, maintain accurate customer master data
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders accordingly.
- Provide support with both domestic and international travel booking.
- Organize and maintain the office system (e.g. filing, order supplies, upkeep of equipment).
- Organize, plan and prepare for district meetings.
- Provide back-up support to other members of the administrative team in the region.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Branch Office (Penang), i.e. licensing, and bill payments and etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in any field
- 2 years of administrative support experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
- A team player who is resourceful, organized and meticulous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
