Responsibilities
Responsible for reception duties including greeting guests, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, courier and mail arrangement, stationery order and equipment maintenance
Assist in data entry and document filling
Assist in general office administrative work
Requirements
F5 / DSE or above
1 year’s working experience is preferable
Fresh graduates are welcome
Able to communicate in English & Cantonese
Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Hands-on PC knowledge including MS Office, MS Excel & internet
Immediately available highly preferred

Mon 09:00 - 18:00
Tue-Fri 09:30-18:30
Alternative Sat 09:00 - 13:00
