About this team
Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition department seeks out the gems out in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster the growth of our organization.

A day in the life:
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Operations Specialist is the operational expert that makes the team run smoothly. You partner with Talent Managers, Hiring Managers and New Hires to fulfill hiring needs through the application of thoughtful, intentional and innovative people support. You are the talent operations expert delivering frontline counsel and guidance on the hiring process, including talent sourcing and pipelining, scheduling, offers and system integration. You are a key player in various queries about the hiring process and resolve issues autonomously. You actively manage all aspects of operational matters to ensure a proactive level of support is provided to the business and future employees.

Qualifications:
  • Responsible for delivering the end-to-end operations of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Manages the scheduling, logistics and expenses of all interviews for candidates
  • Partners with key stakeholders to finalise offers and generates offer letters with accuracy
  • Drives the reference and background check process (if necessary)
  • Sets up all new hires for onboarding and systemic integration into HRIS Systems (Workday)
  • Support in parts of recruitment process, i.e. sourcing and pipelining candidates
  • On an ad-hoc basis, identifies areas for process improvement and efficiency wins
  • Collaborates with various stakeholders across the region such as Talent Managers, Hiring Managers, P&C Business Partners, Legal Counsel, Mobility, etc.
  • Keeps the candidate and new hire experience top of mind in all of the above!
Must haves:
  • 2 years+ of talent operations, scheduling or support experience
  • Multi-tasking is second nature - plan, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent technical ability (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with HRIS (Avature and Workday) is a bonus
  • Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders are a must
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion
  • Must be an effective team player - must possess ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively
