Auklet Traders Limited, based in Auckland,import and distribute Indian Grocery throughout New Zealand. We have grown nationwide since 2015. Our product range includes ambient grocery products and frozen products. We have got multiple warehouse and storage units and 3PL.
We are seeking a talented professional for the position of Logistics Specialist.To be successful in this role you will need to be good at the fundamentals of stock/ inventory management, handling stock shipping delivery, devanning, and warehouse management. Due to the size of the company, this is a split role that involves both managing the warehouse and administering the inventory IT system, website, and online shopping presence.
Skillsrequired:
- At least a Diploma or any Certificate studies
- Must have strong MS Excel skills to register the incoming orders into the system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maturity, professionalism, and a high level of discretion are required
- Strong work ethic with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Forklift license will be an advantage but not necessary
- Some basic food-handling skills.
- Sales Experience will be an advantage
- Responsibility ownership experience
