Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to identify needs and opportunities, build up multi-channel marketing plan and priorities across appropriate online and offline channels including promotions and events.
- Responsible for prospect sales leads generation, focus on seller open day, events, seller training sections, and utilize outsourced marketing selling channels to achieve team goal.
- Responsible and target for new sellers on board, active sellers as the team goal.
- Responsible for sales leads qualification, filter from suspect to prospect.
- Assist new product development on collecting customers insights through focus group, create survey and collect response with all creative tools and channel, internet and relevant seminars, social media to valuable information for supporting new product effort.
- Conduct sophisticated data analysis to measure marketing program and campaigns effectiveness and to continuously improve.
