The Transport Main Roads Cloncurry office is located within the North West District which extends from the Gulf of Carpentaria in the North to Kynuna in the South and from Torrens Creek in the East to the Northern Territory border in the West, covering an approximate area of 307,833km2. Working within a small yet supportive team the Cultural Heritage Officer is responsible for identifying and mitigating, management process and compliance advice on cultural heritage risks and impacts.
